Job purpose:

The role of Client Conversion Manager will be responsible for comprehensive, high-quality rollout of Healthsource Ciox Healths revolutionary cloud based health information sharing platform within a given region of our nationwide footprint. The Client Conversion Manager will work at the tip of the spear, helping us disrupt an industry by partnering with our local management teams, our clients and other support functions to plan, schedule and monitor implementations to ensure a complete business solution is delivered on time with a high level of customer and internal satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of all Healthsource implementations within a given region
  • Primary internal and external point of contact for all implementation related matters
  • Partner with necessary CIOX business and technology functions as well as external vendors (as needed) to ensure the successful implementation of multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure implementation team is constantly aware, highly engaged and following protocol
  • Sets clear, measurable expectations with client and manages project scope
  • Identifies, resolves and/or escalates project issues, and assists CIOX management with the task of managing overall project risks

Job Requirements


  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Process-minded management of matrixed, client-facing teams on tight deadlines
  • General intolerance of problems and proven top-down, constructive problem solver
  • Knowledge of Health Information Management within acute care, ambulatory and clinic setting preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or similar fields or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated change management experience/skills preferred
  • Road warrior willing to travel 75%+ of the time
