Job Summary

This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts to facilitate all contract pricing administration. Support to customers, operations and sales investigating and resolving price discrepancies and invoice accuracy. Perform other tasks and duties as necessary to assist the Operational Finance Services management team, and improve overall quality of the company in relation to our Clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review invoices ensuring consistency with fully executed Agreements and securing necessary approvals, providing contract copies and ensuring contract execution in accordance with company policy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably with some of that time involved in healthcare
  • 2-3 years billing database/ pricing systems experience
  • Collaborate with sales and operations team to safeguard customer billing satisfaction
  • Ensure that the conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. billing/services) and the integrity of the data entered into system is consistent.
  • Work closely with internal departments to trouble shoot issues and resolve problems; identify billing system improvements.
  • Assist with all company integration and/or acquisitions regarding pricing and contracts.
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital contracts
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret billing reports and effectively explain them to others.
  • Review laws, rules and regulations and in terms of how they apply to invoicing and billing.


Desired Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and carry-on active procurements while simultaneously receiving incoming requests.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including executive staff, managers and external customers.
  • Ability to stay focused and willingness to adjust to frequently changing priorities
  • Flexibility with schedule during peak processing times.
