Job Description

The role of Fast CHAT Manager will be responsible for leading a team to support and enable the comprehensive, high-quality rollout of Healthsource Ciox Healths revolutionary cloud based health information sharing platform. The Fast CHAT team will be supporting the front-line implementation work, helping us disrupt an industry by partnering with our local management teams, transformation teams, product team and other support functions to ensure any raised issues are being worked so that a complete business solution is delivered on time with a high level of customer and internal satisfaction.

The role requires an understanding of implementation methodology, incident management, problem management, and basic understanding of agile product development process in order to be an advocate for the individual that is raising the issue. The desired candidate should be able to work independently and have the ability to set priorities both individually as well as for the team. This role will also be responsible for using industry standard best practices and products to adequately meet the clients needs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ability to build and lead a team of highly functional technical and training resources
  • Ability to provide leadership and support on conference calls that involve technical troubleshooting.
  • Creating and maintaining a robust knowledge base to ensure IT Helpdesk Analysts have the tools needed to be successful after an implementation is complete.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the status on open items within agreed upon SLAs
  • Ability to understand issues quickly to ensure the team reaches root cause to meet and/or exceed the SLAs set forth.This will involve escalating issues to appropriate internal business partners to ensure onsite resolution.

Job Requirements

  • A combination of business and information technology expertise.
  • Excellent client relationship communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Health Information Management or Healthcare IT within acute care, ambulatory and clinic setting preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience providing business analysis and project coordination for new products and technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant IT roles
  • Capability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
