Job Description

The Fax Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Fax & PAF (Patient Assessment Forms) processing activities.



Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation of all fax processing functions including inbound faxes, PAF, research and any other identified functions.
• Provides the following to the fax team on a daily basis: work prioritization and resource allocation
• Provide coaching to Fax/PAF team leads and agents as required to optimize daily performance in processing faxes
• Maintain and track all required fax processing metrics and ensure team members are meeting and/or exceeding production targets
• Perform other tasks and duties as necessary or assigned by Manager



Qualifications

• Must have at least 1- 2 years supervisory or management experience in a high volume, production- based call center environment
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications (Excel)
• Proven organizational skills
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with others and be extremely team oriented
• Ability to sustain continuous pressure, withstand conflicting requirements
• Proficient time management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management and co-workers.
