Job Description

This position is responsible for providing support for the Field Operations team. Performs other tasks and duties as necessary to assist the Operational Finance Services management team, and improve overall quality of the company in relation to our Clients.



Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring the Member Administration interface to adhere to policy and timeliness of approvals.
  • Effectively work with sales and Operations team to resolve pricing issues and address inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal departments; customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify billing system improvements.
  • State regulatory pricing and testing.
  • Contract and Legal pricing research.
  • Assist with all company integration and/or acquisitions regarding pricing and contracts.
  • Track and update Member site reassignments.


Qualifications

  • Experience/knowledge of Lawson
  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Cognos report data analysis
  • Ability to follow directions and work under minimal supervision
  • Must be proactive
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum two year degree or equivalent work experience
