What you will do:

  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application.
  • Hands-on development and implementation of Business Process Management.
  • Help write and optimize in -application SQL Statements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and defects, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Deliver high quality solutions by adhering to software design, development, and testing best practices. 
  • Work with different Vendors and offshore teams.
  • Analyzing, capturing and communicating customer requirements.
  • Create necessary technical documents including design specification document.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.


Skills and Education of Our Team:

  • 8+ years of experience developing software applications using Microsoft technology stack.
  • 5+ year of experience with PL/SQL and T-SQL.
  • Experience in Business Process Management.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • AWS developer/architect certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft developer/architect certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred.

Knowledge and Experience needed:

  • Experience working with a distributed development team.
  • Proficient in C# 7.0+ with Microsoft .Net 4.5+, ASP.Net MVC 4.0+ and Web API 2.0 technologies.
  • Experience with web tools/technologies such as HTML 5.0, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON and one or more of the client-side frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Experience developing cloud-first software applications/platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS) or MS Azure.
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests using tools such as MSTest, nUnit etc.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) & Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and preferably MS SQL.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Gitlab, TFS etc.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such JIRA.
  • Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  • Skill for writing reusable libraries.
  • Knowledge of concurrency patterns.
  • Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
  • Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with other members in a team
