Job Description

As a part of the Ciox Operational Transformation Team, the Project manager will be responsible for managing transformation initiatives which includes the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope and with value.

Ciox continues to focus more on result driven insights and in this role, the Project Manager will be working closely with operational team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

The successful candidate will also work directly with peripheral departments to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope. The coordination with other departments will ensure all aspects and deliverables of each project are compatible.


• Partner with Operational team members to determine business needs and translate them into process requirements and controls, process flows, quality standards and design documentation
• Develop data management systems to provide feedback, metrics, and visibility
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Work multiple projects simultaneously while preparing and completing action plans
• Manage risk tracking process and scope of initiatives to ensure desired change is enacted
• Foster culture of continuous improvement while creating partnerships with operators/stakeholders/sponsors
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups.


• BA/BS in business related discipline
• 4-6 years experience in project management, especially larger projects with established firms.
• Proven working experience in project management with 2-4 years’ experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast paced, high pressure environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent computer and data analytical skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
