1st shift - 6:30am-3:15pm

Job Summary: This position supervises the day-to-day ROI processing operations teams including: indexing and new customer database. The Shift Supervisor also provides assistance to the Director to ensure efficient staffing level and on time processing schedules and quality. This position supervises clerical level direct report and provides new hire and follow up training. This position also interacts with other Shift Supervisor, Exceptions Processing Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Audit Supervisor and other managers to ensure proactive steps are taken to ensure deadlines and quality service guidelines are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the ROI Indexing process for the department Provide leadership to direct reports Supervise a minimum of 50 employees at any given time Demonstrate excellent leadership skills in the absence of the Director Assist in monitoring processes to generate higher productivity by communicating job expectations Provide production stats by compiling and analyzing production performance records and data and communicating results to the associates Assist in scheduling staff and production hours to ensure records are processed in a timely manner Monitor processing standards to ensure uniform data capturing Assist with staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training associates as well as handling any disciplinary actions Develop personal growth opportunities for team. Assist Director with staff coaching for success and improvement Assist production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel with the Director Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Experience in Medical Records Billing is preferred Successful Supervisory experience in a high volume, time sensitive production operations Possess strong workflow management skills Ability to manage priorities and effectively meet goals Ability to supervise multiple units for which timeliness and accuracy are critical Ability to adapt quickly to fast paced, high volume, ever changing environment. Ability to meet deadlines and goals Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees Education: High School Diploma and 7-10 years related experience
