Job Description

Position is responsible for the recruitment administrative tasks for projects as well as assisting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Source job requisitions for field positions

Scheduling interviews for field positions as needed

Conducts telephone screens and interviews as needed

Processes pre-employment screening

Sends offer letter detail template to hiring managers

Assist in the coordination of career fairs

Provides administrative support as needed to the recruiting and HR department

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications

At least a year experience in recruiting or staffing industry

Proven success working under minimal supervision

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Ability to organize and prioritize work

Strong strategic and analytical skills

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Education:

HS Diploma, Degree in related field or relevant experience/training
